A report Wednesday at 11:54 a.m. of a dead deer along Park Road was forwarded to Le Havre Public Works.

Raymond William Campbell of Le Havre, 26, was arrested on three justice or city court warrants served on Second Street at 2:32 p.m. Wednesday.

Tristan McCoy Bernard of Box Elder, 24, was arrested for assault by a partner or family member after a Ninth Street caller asked at 7:07 p.m. Wednesday for help in removing a man from the scene .

Davis Leon Denny of Box Elder, 21, was arrested on two court or city warrants and a shoplifting charge after a beer theft was reported at a First Street business in 1 11 a.m. today.

A caller to a First Street business reported at 2:27 p.m. Thursday that the driver of a white SUV drove off without paying for gas.

A sexual offense was reported in Le Havre on Thursday at 2:59 p.m.

A caller Thursday at 6:21 p.m. on McKinley Avenue reported that property had been stolen.

Edwin Vernel Franklin of Le Havre, 61, was arrested for violating probation after a caller to a First Street business reported a man trying to enter the building from the back at 7.43pm on Thursday.

A caller to the hospital reported a dog bite at 10:47 p.m. Thursday

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

A summons was issued after a caller at a business on US Highway 2 West reported theft, forgery or fraud at 10:37 a.m. Wednesday. No details of the charges were provided.

Deputies investigated a complaint from 3:38 p.m. Wednesday from Seventh Avenue North.

Montana Highway Patrol

Troopers responded to a vehicle rollover reported at 6:50 p.m. Wednesday on U.S. Highway 87 north of Laredo near mile marker 102.

Le Havre firefighters

Emergency medical technicians responded to five calls Wednesday and one call Thursday. Wednesday’s call at 9:27 a.m. accompanied firefighters to a report of a gas leak on the 1900 block of Second Street. The scene was entrusted to NorthWestern Energy.

Firefighters responding to a fire alarm at 10:48 p.m. Thursday on the 800 block of Fourth Street only had to reset the alarm.

Le Havre Animal Refuge

The shelter was hosting three 2-week-old kittens and three 5-week-old kittens of unknown sex this morning, four cats, two male cats and an 11-month-old male kitten. In addition, an 8-week-old male kitten was placed in foster care.

The shelter has also housed a 9-month-old male mixed-breed puppy, a female border collie, three 6-month-old male mixed-breed puppies, a male dachshund, a male mixed-breed dog, a female mixed-breed dog, a female Female Rottweiler and an 11 week old male mixed breed dog. Additionally, a 21-week-old mixed-breed female puppy and a 22-week-old mixed-breed female puppy were being held in foster care. The shelter also housed two 6-month-old mixed-breed male and four female puppies separately.


A daughter was born on Tuesday, May 3, 2022, to Michaila and Matt Cline from Le Havre.
